Change Management – The process of implementing a strategy through changes made to processes, products, and people. 

There is no substitute for experience.  Having built a successful business from the ground up I have made as many poor decisions as great decisions, let me share both of those with you.  I can assist your small to medium sized firm with product improvement and development, cost controls and process improvement, strategy and implementation, and exit planning.  I emphasize sales and retention in addition to structure.

The most important parts of your business are those that help you run it.  My focus is to implement changes that WILL be adopted.
